Parma have gone off the boil, but could trouble Inter tonight

Parma have one of the better home records in Serie A, and although in recent weeks they have lost some of their early season form, they should still pose a tough test for Inter Milan at the Stadio Ennio Tardini tonight.
The home side are 17/4 (WilliamHill) and although it would be foolish to suggest punters lump on that price, it is far too high, considering Parma have won six of their ten league fixtures in front of their own fans.
Inter are 5/6 (BetFred) and will have plenty of backers, but they are not as strong on the road as they are in the San Siro, and the value lies in opposing Jose Mourinho’s side.
The Nerazzuri have won only once in their last four on the road, and they were very fortunate against Bari in their last away match, coming from behind to draw 2-2 in a match they should have lost. Odds against (11/10, Bet365) on a side that have only lost twice at home, on the +0.5 Asian Handicap are ridiculous, as there is a very high chance that Parma can either win, or draw (5/2, Coral) against the league leaders.
It is likely to be a low-scoring match, as Parma have only conceded seven goals in ten league matches at home, and will try to keep out Diego Milito (4/1, Bet365), Samuel Eto’o (9/2, Bluesq) and Goran Pandev (11/2, Bluesq) for as long as possible.
Should they succeed, then a one-nil (10/1, SkyBet) home win is a distinct possibility, as Parma have a few good attackers of their own.
