The former Sunderland and Wigan boss is a best price of 11/4 at Ladbrokes although the market is constantly changing.On Wednesday there was money for Roy Keane with the former Manchester United midfielder, who has experience of Premier League management at Sunderland, backed from double figures into as low as 5/1 with some firms. Coral are, however, still offering 11/1 which suggests that they don't believe the rumours linking Keane with a move to Molineux.Similarly, Terry Connor, who is currently caretaker boss at Molineux, is as low as 7/2 with some firms but Bet Victor's offer of 16/1 that he is given the job on a permanent basis indicates that the chances of Connor replacing McCarthy are slim.Alan Curbishley refuses to leave the top of the market and the former West Ham and Charlton boss can be backed at 6/1 at Bet Victor to return to management with Wolves and the 54-year-old cannot be rules out, with Steve Morgan and Jez Moxley still reportedly making Curbishley their first choice.
