Malaga are one of the most exciting teams in La Liga at the moment, both on and off the park. The huge investment, by a Qatari investment group, has seen the likes of Julio Baptista, Ruud Van Nistelroo, Joaquin and Santi Cazorla arrive at La Rosaleda and that has meant that Manuel Pelligrini can play his favoured attacking football, which is good news for supporters and neutrals.

Similarly, the appointment in the summer of Marcelo Bielsa as manager of Athletic Bilbao has made them an attractive proposition for those looking to follow La Liga sides other than Barcelona and Real Madrid. The former Chile coach has brought his blend of fast-paced open football to the Basque country and, while results haven't been brilliant, the signs are promising.

The two sides meet in Andalusia on Wednesday evening and what is absolutely certain is that there will be goals. The Malaga strike force is as good as any in Spain, with creative midfielders to provide a steady supply line, while Athletic possess Fernando Llorente, arguably Spain's best goalscorer. Between them the two teams have netted 10 goals in six games this season and over 2.5 goals, at 4/5 with bet365, looks a no-brainer.

Who will win the match is a little more difficult to call, with Malaga the 8/13 favourites. Bilbao make a little appeal at 9/2 but the fact that the Basques are yet to win this season is a worry. It is probably better to wait until Bielsa's side start winning before jumping on the Bilbao bandwagon.
