That result saw for manager Giampiero Gasperini and since Claudio Ranieri took over the Nerazzurri have been far more solid in Europe.Ranieri is shrewd enough to realise that Inter's reputation is intrinsically tied to the Champions League - a competition they won two years ago - and so he has treated all opponents with respect and his side now need just one point to win Group B, having already secured their passage to the last 16.They should have no problems claiming at least that point when they host CSKA Moscow in the San Siro on Wednesday evening.
