Miller, who is 6/1 to score first, is a fantastic striker at this level, as is Robert Earnshaw (13/2) while Peter Whittingham (17/2) is one of the lower league's most prolific wingers. Malky Mackay will set his side up to attack at Selhurst Park on Tuesday as he will know that a win will put the Bluebirds on the verge of a Wembley final. Cardiff reached the final of the FA Cup in 2010 but were beaten by Portsmouth.
