This season they won their group but were still handed a tough tie in the knockout stages after being drawn against Italian champions AC Milan.The first leg of the tie will be played in the San Siro on February 15 and it is absolutely crucial for Arsene Wenger's side that they avoid a heavy defeat ahead of the return leg in the Emirates Stadium. The problem for the Gunners is that they are a very weak side when playing away from home in Europe. They didn't manage to win any matches in the group stage on the road and are won just once on the road in last season's Champions League.
