Scottish comic Frankie Boyle has caused yet more controversy with a sketch on his Tramadol Nights show

Frankie Boyle's odds of being sacked from Channel 4 have been slashed by bookies Ladbrokes following a second contraversially received set of sketches on his 'Tramdol nights' programme.

The first scandal involved a joke about Katie Price's disabled son and now Boyle has ignited further controversy with a sketch which includes some racist language.

The Scottish comic is now odds-on (8/13) to issue an apology over any of his jokes or material before the end of the year, and the price for him to be sacked by Channel 4 has also been cut to 9/4 from 5/1. The odds for the show to be pulled have also been halved.

Ladbokres have already paid out on a television personalty to be sacked this year after punters correctly predicted at 4/1 that Jason Manford would be sacked from The One Show

Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes told Bettingpro:

“Boyle might have got away with it the first time but we think this could be the final straw. Even if he does apologise the P45 could already be in the post.”

Ladbrokes latest betting

Frankie Boyle to be sacked from Channel 4 – 9/4 (from 5/1)
Frankie Boyle to issue an apology before the end of the year over either joke - 8/13
Tramadol nights to be pulled – 3/1 (from 6/1)
