Britain’s Got Talent is back this weekend, with Michael McIntyre joining Simon Cowell, David Hasselhoff and Amanda Holden on the panel

Britain’s Got Talent returns to our screens on Saturday and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever. Amongst the mixed bag of contestants this year are a man dressed as a singing sailor pig, an architect who puts on as many pairs of underwear as possible and a man dressed as a giant hamster, as well as numerous singers, musicians and magicians!

Paddy Power are betting on which of this years acts will impress the judges and the public the most and win this year’s series of Britain’s Got Talent. It’s just 6/4 that this year’s show will be won by a solo singer, 11/4 a dance group taps their way to victory and 6/1 a stand up comedian walks away with the £100,000 prize. An impressive pet performer is 12/1 to go the distance while new category ‘animal drag’ (to cover the sailor pig and human hamster) is an outside bet at 66/1!

With so many “interesting” acts to be seen, Paddy Power are betting all eyes will be on BGT this weekend! Some 10-11million people are tipped at 4/5 to tune into the premier of the ITV talent show this Saturday night.

Sharon McHugh, spokesperson for Paddy Power told Bettingpro: “It’s normally singers and dancers who do well in Britain’s Got Talent but it would be nice to see a more unusual act win. Whether or not the Royal Family is ready for a ‘Human Hamster’ or a ‘Sailor Pig’ is another question!”

The winner of Britain’s Got Talent will walk away with £100,000 and get to perform in front of the Royal Family at the Royal Variety Performance.
