But Corin has been well backed to be crowned champion of final series

There is good news and bad news for the Big Brother 2010 ladies this week, with Corin now hot favourite to claim overall glory but Rachel odds-on to be the next housemate evicted.

Corin has been amongst the market leaders for several weeks now but sustained support has forced Coral to slash the price of her winning the final series to 10/11.

However, the outlook is not so bright for Rachel, who has been backed in to just 2/5 from 4/5 to be sent packing on Friday night after being put up for the public vote alongside John James and Dave, who are 7/2 and 9/2 to go next respectively.

“The charge on Corin has been relentless over the last week!” said Coral spokesman Gary Burton. “She does very little wrong, is extremely popular and with no nominations from fellow housemates again this week, it looks like her invite to the final is already in the post.

“By contrast, Rachel has constantly annoyed the others with her late night screeching, and unless the public take a different view, it looks like this could be her last week.”

A female winner of the show is now 8/13 favourite (from 8/11) at Coral, with a male winner 6/5.

Meanwhile, following Corin and JJ’s night of ‘cuddling’, William Hill have slashed the price of a Big Brother bonk from 4/1 to 1/2.

“We now think it is a question of when, rather than if, there is a Big Brother bonk,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.
