Bookmakers favour an English winner of BB2010

Bookmakers have already unveiled a series of special markets on Big Brother 2010, including odds of 11/10 at Paddy Power that we have a third straight female winner.

However, there has only been one other woman come out on top and it is 4/6 with the Irish firm for a seventh male champion and 25/1 a second transsexual emulates Nadia's 2004 triumph.
