Trap One - Taylors Sky 2.92
The 'Derby King' Charlie Lister looks to land a record sixth English Derby success with the youngest runner in the race. His owner Steve Taylor caused a real stir about the going on the inside, just minutes before he won his quarter-final in a track record time - from the red jacket! He then matched that time in winning his semi-final. However, the stats are against the red-vested runner. No trap one dog or bitch has won a Derby at Wimbledon. Fear Zafonic, also trained by Lister, went very close two years ago. Taylors Sky could be the greyhound to break the jinx.

Trap Two - Bright Redcliffe 17.0
A great story. Owned and trained by Staffordshire window cleaner John McGoldrick, this two-year-old has fairly flourished through the Derby showing great all-round speed. A semi-finalist in the Henlow Derby and before then a Romford Puppy Cup finalist, where he beat the ill-fated Rayvin Giovanni in the semis, he has crept under the radar being from a very small kennel. An out-and-out middle runner, as the traps open he will take a step to the right, possibly leaving the way clear for red. But with a near 40-kilo dog on his right, a barging match is also possible.

Trap Three - Westmead Guru 10.0
Another Westmead in a Derby final! Representing three-time Derby-winning owner Bob Morton, the Kelly Findlay-trained heavyweight won the Henlow Derby and another smaller competition at Romford. Findlay herself paraded Westmead Hawk in the first of his two Derby successes. That was during her time working for Nick Savva, while she also spent time with Charlie Lister and has won a TV Trophy in her own right. Savva bred 'the Guru', who remains a difficult dog to pass, a real jealous type. Reached the Blue Riband final at Hall Green, so a great competition dog, and maybe it's no surprise he lines up in a Classic final.

Trap Four - Razldazl George 5.2
Runner-up to his half-brother Makeshift in the Easter Cup final at Shelbourne Park, Dolores Ruth's dog, owned by the Dazzling Syndicate, will be aiming to land a second English Derby for his trainer after Shanless Slippy won for her 15 years ago. Ruth had the beaten favourite in 2010 in Toomaline Jack, but with George's half-brother Razldazl Jayfkay leading her original entry, it has looked likely from the start she would be represented in the final again. Ultra-tough, his trap four draw polarises opinion. Some say Razldazl George can't get a run, others say he can trap behind them and finish best of all. A dog who never gives up.

Trap Five - Barefoot Bullet 4.0
Is this going to be the full set? Co. Kilkenny trainer Paul Hennessy is hoping last year's Irish Derby finalist can provide him with an English Derby win to add to victories for the Gowran kennel in the Scottish and Irish Derbys. Aimed at Wimbledon straight after he appeared in the Shelbourne final behind the Tyrurs, McGuigan and Big Mike, his first round run was his first competitive outing since September. Owned by Cayman Islands-based Bryan and Kathleen Murphy, 'the Bullet' made the quarter-finals here 12 months ago. Now a better dog, he beat market rival Taylors Sky in the third round, but had to give best to that runner in the semis.

Trap Six - Cloheena Cash 16.0
Locally-trained Pagan Swallow won the first Wimbledon Derby in 1985 and Ballinderry Ash grabbed gold for the host track in 1991. But there's been a blank since. Therefore, Norah McEllistrim's dog is guaranteed huge local support not to mention his team of owners led by Alan Woods, Peter Horsman, Alan Morris and Dawn Thornton. This is his second Derby campaign after reaching the quarter-finals last year. Starts well and stays well, and has never run better. It's a long way from where he started in A5s. He might have to trap in front of Barefoot Bullet to hold his position, but some shrewd judges maintain he will play a part.
