Schleck available at odds of 4/5 following the announcement of the 2011 course

Following the announcement of the 2011 Tour De France course, William Hill have opened betting on who will finish first, excluding 2010 winner, Alberto Contador, who is currently under a cloud and fighting to clear his name.

Hills are offering the market WITHOUT Contador and make Andy Schleck the 4/5 favourite. His brother Frank Schleck is the 8/1 second favourite with Russian Denis Menchov and Italian Vincenzo Nibali both priced at 10/1.

Bradley Wiggins is priced at 40/1 after an underwhelming performance in this year’s tour.

“Contador is trying to clear his name, but as far as formulating a market goes, he cannot currently be included in the betting and so Andy Schleck is the red-hot favourite,” Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly told Bettingpro.

William Hill Tour De France 2011 Odds:

Outright (without Alberto Contador): 4/5 Andy Schleck; 8/1 Frank Schleck; 10/1 Denis Menchov; 10/1 Vincenzo Nibali; 16/1 Ivan Basso; 18/1 Riccardo Ricco; 18/1 Samuel Sanchez; 18/1 Cadel Evans; 33/1 Robert Gensink; 33/1 Jani Brajkovic; 40/1 Bradley Wiggins; 40/1 Roman Kreuziger; 40/1 Jurgen Van Den Broeck; 40/1 Alexander Vinokourov; 50/1 Joaquin Rodriguez; 50/1 Christian Vandevelde; 50/1 Peter Veltis
