West Indies v England Test Cricket betting

England are expected to beat West Indies this summer and if Kevin Pietersen and Jonathan Trott are on form it could easily be a whitewash.

William Hill are just 2/1 that England win all three of the Test matches against the West Indies this summer, with England offered at 4/7 to win the First Test which starts next Thursday.

England Captain Andrew Strauss has not been in form with the bat and Hills make him a 5/1 shot to be top runscorer during the Series. Alastair Cook & Jonathan Trott are joint 3/1 favourites with Kevin Pietersen 10/3.

Hills expect James Anderson & Graham Swann to be England’s best bowlers and they are 9/4 to be top wicket takers. Shiv Chanderpaul is probably the man they will have to dislodge and he is 15/8 to produce the most runs for his team.

Hill’s spokesman Rupert Adams told Bettingpro:

“The West Indies are in the process of rebuilding their side, whilst England are at the peak of their game and on paper, at least, this is likely to be a very one sided Series.”
