Sri Lanka v Pakistan 5th ODI live streaming preview (starts 10:00 BST)

The hosts won the fourth ODI with a stunning 44-run win after a superb near-century from Kumar Sangakkara and a Thisara Perera hat-trick. 

Chasing 244 for a win in their 50 overs, Pakistan were bowled out 199 after being 166/2 at one stage in the game. Needing 78 to win the game with 76 balls remaining, Misbah-ul-Haq was sent back by Lasith Malinga before Perera triggered a middle-order collapse to allow Sri Lanka a 2-1 lead.

Earlier, Sangakkara would have been relieved with his innings of 97 that needed 130 balls but was the knock that stood between the two teams.

Pakistan will go into the final ODI knowing that they cannot win the series, at most, share it. The worry however, continues to remain the same for Pakistan as they grapple with a top and middle order which has failed to complement each other. 

Mohammad Hafeez, who carried an injury cloud over him for the game, was dismissed first ball while none of Umar Akmal, Younis Khan and Shahid Afridi even got starts to their innings. Azhar Ali got to his second score of more than 80 to his name but and there was a half-century from captain Misbah ul Haq, but that was as far as they went in their chase.

Their bowling earlier seemed to have done enough in the series so far, including this fourth game for Pakistan. Sohail Tanvir continues to impress in his comeback with a couple of wickets while Saeed Ajmal and Mohammad Hafeez picked up two.

Now for their batsman to give support to their bowlers in the fifth ODI. The big question is whether the likes of Lasith Malinga, Nuwan Kulasekara and Perera can be handled if the ball does a little.
