Johnson is suffering from an infected right elbow. 19-year-old pace bowler Josh Hazlewood will join the Australian team in place of Johnson. Johnson should be fit enough to play in the couple of Tests that Australia play against Pakistan in England. Australia start their tour of England with a game against Ireland and follow it up with a five-match ODI series against England and two Twenty20s against Pakistan. Johnson’s issues with his elbow had begun during the World T20 in West Indies and he had also missed a game in the series due to that. Australia’s physiotherapist Alex Kountouris explained that since returning back to Australia there was a flare-up of Johnson’s injury and is currently being treated for it. The physiotherapist added, "As part of the treatment he requires specialist medical management over the coming weeks and as such he's been ruled out of the six ODI's against Ireland and England. Australia go into the series against England as favourites with an offer of 8/15 for their win at William Hill, as compared to 6/4 (Stan James) for an English win. Australia are also at 1/25 to win the ODI against Ireland, who are second favourites by a long distance at 8/1 (both at Paddy Power) Read our Ladbrokes review Use code MAXIMUMBONUS to get £50 free at Ladbrokes Like Like Post to wall 453 Reads All Cricket News Recent Cricket Articles Big Bash League T20 2011-12 Live Stream and Odds on William Hill TV16 Dec 2011The KFC Twenty20 Big Bash League begins from December 16 and you can watch all games line on Willia Western Australia v New South Wales odds and live: Ryobi One-Day Cup 201109 Dec 2011The two bottom-placed teams in the Ryobi One-Day Cup 2011, New South Wales and Western Australia, w Big Bash League 2011 Schedule and Odds07 Dec 2011The first season of the Big Bash League T20 will begin this year from December 16.
