Will KP's 227 runs in the first Innings count for nothing or can England take a 1-0 lead against Australia?

Kevin Pietersen has only bowled eight balls during the 2nd Test of the Ashes, although one of these magically took the wicket of Michael Clarke and encouraged England that they can win this match with one day remaining.

Australia are currently 238-4 with Clarke's wicket falling at the end of an enthralling day's play, where the home side dug deep as they attempt to salvage something from this Test Match.

An Aussie victory is impossible, although William Hill offer 10/11 that the match finishes in a draw, with bet365 offering the same price about England. Andrew Strauss' team have just six wickets to take for victory and this one is set to go down to the wire.
