Punchestowns is the new 2-1 favourite (from 5-2) for Wednesday's RSA Chase with Coral, after a single bet of £20,000 forced the firm to replace Long Run at the head of their market.

Stablemate Long Run is a 9-4 chance with the same firm as the layers expect the Nicky Henderson-trained duo to dominate the 3m chase.

David Stevens, spokesman for Coral told Bettingpro: "One of our clients placed a £20,000 bet on Punchestowns this morning, forcing the price change. It is literally that one bet as oppose to sustained support for the horse."

Although Tuesday was a winning day for Coral, the victories of Sizing Europe and Binocular have left them sweating due to an ante-post treble.

Stevens explains: "It was a good day but two winning Pricewise selections meant we had a few losers as well. One punter placed a treble on Sizing Europe, Binocular and Twist Magic, which could prove very costly if Twist Magic does the business today."
