Harty’s Arkle Trophy favourite Captain Cee Bee was responsible for beating Henry de Bromhead's charge by over five lengths when the two faced each other in December. As a result of that performance, he was cut in the betting ahead of the Arkle and will now make his next start in the BBA Ireland Limited Opera Hat Novice Chase at Naas on February 6. "It was a nice boost for the form," said Harty. "I see they shortened him up on the back of it, I suppose they were entitled to really. "The form got a nice boost. It was a shame Zaarito (second at Naas) fell as it would have been nice to see how he got on. "My fellow is in great form, he heads to Naas on Saturday week. "He handled the heavy ground at Naas earlier in the season. He's a stronger horse now, he's more mature so he can handle it, but he still prefers better ground. "As long as it is not bottomless at Naas he'll run, as long as it is constructive to go he'll go but if it's detrimental we won't. "It looks the hottest race of the Festival so we'll keep our fingers crossed they all get there." Captain Cee Bee is as low as 4-1 with Boylesports for the Arkle this March, follow this link to their site for information on how to get a free bet on the race.
