Speaking about the fighter in the Sun newspaper, Warren said: "The Board of Control need to show their mettle and ban him until he sorts himself out. "Ricky obviously needs help and I hope for his sake he gets it. He has brought the sport into disrepute and must not be allowed to fight or promote again until he can show he is clean. "How can he go into a gym and guide a young fighter when he can't even guide himself properly? "Ricky remains a role model to loads of promising young fighters. If the Board of Control don't take action it will send out a message you can take drugs and still have a career in the sport."
