What is the payout ratio?

The payout ratio is a way of looking at the amount of money you've won or lost. So if, at the beginning of the promotion, you have £10 in your account, and at the end of the promotion you have £15, you've made a profit of £5.

Your payout ratio is calculated by dividing that £5 by the total amount you've wagered. This way your payout ratio is expressed as a percentage and not a cash value, so that even low wagering players who come out significantly up on the house can win.

Deposits and withdrawals are not taken into account when calculating your payout ratio.
