Omar Cook and Jacopo Giachetti will be ready to stop him – as well as make him work on the other end. Spirou will rely on its defensive stoppers Justin Hamilton and Jiri Welsch to win the battle on both wings. Hamilton will need a good defensive effort to slow former Alphonso Ford trophy winner Drew Nicholas while Welsch will try to check athletic swingman Malik Hairston and versatile forward Stefano Mancinelli. Milano’s Ioannis Bourousis and Antonis Fotsis will try to make a difference in the paint. Bourousis will have to face Andre Riddick and Christophe Beghin in another key matchup. The duel between Fotsis and Tornike Shengeila will also be worth watching.
