Heading into tonight's action the Celtics are 19-4 overall on the year and that gives them a 4 game cushion to work with over the second place Miami Heat and that lead could actually be a workable margin, long as the season may be.Tonight Boston are in New York to face the Knicks in a game with potential to be an interesting match-up.New York, 16-9 on the year, are enjoying a resurgent season with the addition of Amar'e Stoudemire, a player who is averaging 26.2 points per game and 9.1 boards. The Knicks currently sit 5th in the Eastern Conference but they have not been that good of a team at home so far this season.Heading into tonight's game the Knicks are just 6-5 from Madison Square Garden and for that reason Boston, who are 9-3 on the road, look good to continue their winning streak.The depth of New York's offense gives them a good chance to compete tonight as all starters average double digits for scoring on the year.The Celtics probable starters do not include Shaquille O'Neal as the veteran is listed as day to day with a sore right calf.
