With nothing to gain for either team except another win against a strong opponent that will build momentum for the Top 16, much will depend on the health situation on both teams.

Even minor injuries or ailments might be reason enough for a player being rested. Madrid has a 7-2 record and has clinched first place. Anadolu Efes are 5-4 and cannot move up or down from third place.

Efes has the added incentive of trying to send a message that their home court, where the team lost its first two games, is no longer an easy place for visitors to play. Efes also want to clear its psyche of a 20-point loss in Madrid earlier in the regular season. Madrid will have one major incentive, too, winning at Sinan Erdem Arena, where the team hopes to play another Final Four in May.

Efes are still without swingman Tarence Kinsey, who did not play in the last six Euroleague games due to injury. Martynas Pocius remains sidelined for Madrid due to a knee injury.

This game will be a morale booster for one team or the other, but Efes needs it more. The hosts have to slow Madrid, the top offence in the competition, and will depend on aggressive team defence to do so.

One of the keys should be Sinan Guler, the only defensive specialist for Efes who is not injured, going against Madrid's top scorer, Jaycee Carroll, who is instant offence off the bench.

Another great match-up is at power forward, where Dusko Savanovic of Efes takes on Nikola Mirotic, who is averaging 17 .4 points and 6.6 rebounds in the last five games.

Former Madrid player Kerem Tunceri leads the Efes offense at point guard, going against Sergio Llull.

In the paint, there's a nice battle possible between the duo of Stanko Barac and Esteban Batista going against the Madrid trio of Mirza Begic, Felipe Reyes and Ante Tomic.
