The Rays are a team that Boston are chasing in the standings and taking 2 out of 3 on the road would be a step in the right direction for them. Friday's game starts at 7:10pm ET and the pitching match-up promises to be a good one as Jon Lester (13-8, 3.26 ERA) takes the mound for the Red Sox against David Price (15-5, 2.97) for the Rays. The Rays definitely have the edge in this game as they are a much stronger home team than Boston are a road team and the Rays have been hot lately. While Lester is a good starter, Price has to be judged as slightly stronger for Tampa Bay and our recommendation is to back the Rays in this game.
